Derek is in 5th grade. He loves helping us at the trailer and making sure that everyone gets exactly what they want. Derek is in a Spanish immersion program at school so speak to him in Spanish and see if he responds! He combined two of our favorite flavors (Coconut and Triple Berry) and named it Derek’s Special!
Joshua is just full of life and he loves being in the center of ours. He is in 3rd and is also in the Spanish immersion program! He likes to make people smile, he loves different types of meat, his favorite flavor is “all of them” and he loves his brothers!
Sweet little Eli is getting bigger and bigger every day. He loves baseball, reading, playing with his brothers and eating Italian Ice, Eli recently turned 3 on august 24th.
The name on the business may be Scotty’s, but there is no doubt that Monica is the better half in this business. She would never agree to that, but it’s true. She is genuinely kind to everyone and will be a highlight of your visit!
As a boy growing up in New Jersey, Scotty used to always think about how cool it would be to have unlimited Italian Ice. He takes a lot of pride in the flavors we serve, but is the most proud of working with Monica and his three boys.
